The way we interact with computers and the internet is changing. We are interacting with the web from smartphones, cars, Google glasses, smart fridges and locks. For these devices to tap into the full richness of the web, developers need APIs (machine-readable data feeds). We built Kimono to help you - the hacker, the entrepreneur, the rebel at a large company - to build the apps you want without worrying about getting the data you need. We are based in San Francisco, California and graduated from the Y Combinator startup accelerator. Our main product, a bookmarklet or chrome extension, enables users to scrape and crawl websites without any programming required.
